Change of seasons, change of direction, change of mind, change location….Change is a regular part of our everyday life. Some is good and comes easy. Other changes are much more challenging and sometimes we are forced into it.  I used to like the saying, “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.”  If what you are doing with your lifestyle is producing something good,like feeling healthy and energetic and having good relationships,  great that motto is for you.  Another saying I always liked, “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result”.  Well if that’s where you are then it’s time for change.  Make a list of areas you’d like to see improvement, than start with something, anything, to get it changing in the right direction.  Change many times start with good choices.
