Yes that is right, YOU ARE AMAZING! Let’s start from this mind set and let it help you see that you can do more than you give yourself credit for. What I want to point out is that there really is only one of you and you have gifts and talents that are uniquely yours and you should and could be using them to propel your fitness program into your own unique design that has your personal signature all over it. If you have been struggling up to this point with getting yourself into a fitness program because of any reason(s) let’s start to turn that around today. We don’t need to wait for the new year a new month a new boss a new job, need I go on, NO!  You are already successful at something, I’m sure of it. Let’s take those qualities that enabled your to graduate college (or even HS, whatever), the motivation you have to get to your job everyday, take care of your children, your home, your car, and apply it to fitness.  Where can you start, in the morning..Oh you only have five minutes you can spare..use them.
