Thanksgiving feast
Posted in Fitness, Food, GeneralWe are so blessed to live in a country where we have opportunity and abundance. However, abundance has not always proven to be a great advantage to things like our waistline or budget. If holiday time is stressful because of constant parties and gatherings on both your weight and your wallet…..tighten your belt!! It is ok to say no to food and not feel that you are offending someone, it’s ok to live within your means and give the best you can instead of keeping up with everyone else. We have to live with the results of all our choices, long term. Why does a five pound box of chocolate end up to be more than five pounds somewhere on your body? Why does a $$ end up so much more on the credit card. Nothing stands alone, all our decisions build something good or something more than we can really make up for. Start the holiday season off right. Make a decision to do what is best, not what will come with regret.
I plan on offering some classes on Financial fitness in the new year, as well as wellness during pregnancy and how to help build your children’s immunity. If you are interested, send a message.
Happy Thanksgiving
