It is so important that our children get a good start with nutrition for optimal health.  From infancy to adolescence, a healthy diet is so important. I cannot stress enough the importance of a good immune system. We are constantly bombarded with negative energy from our environment. Computers, televisions and chemicals in the air and water, just to name a few. Our best resource for resistance to breakdown is a strong immune system. A strong immune system is built upon a foundation of healthy eating,  rest and of course good water. It is easiest to get your children eating well if you start when they are right off breast milk (that would be another really important immune weapon).
