How many thoughts and ideas do we have every day? Probably too many to count. If we would make a decision to implement at least one of those ideas and formulate a plan of action, instead of frustration we would feel the satisfaction of accomplishment.
How about an exercise program. Can I find 20 minutes for cardio somewhere in my day? Make your goals realistic. How about some resistance training, do I know enough to get myself started? Should I employ a personal trainer for even a brief time for a plan and proper instruction?
Let’s not just think on ideas, put it on your calendar and get something started!
