Wow 2020 is about here! Where does the time go? How about that fitness commitment you made for 2019 how did that work for you? If you made a new year’s resolution for 2019 that you didn’t fulfill don’t beat yourself up just get up and start again. How many times does it take to make a success of something? Depends on the task and the circumstances and most importantly the commitment. Make the goal and then plan the small steps it will take to help you reach it. If you are as old as I am you will remember the “little engine that could” he said “I think I can, I think I can”. That is the fuel, say “I can” and you will!
