Keeping Yourself Motivated

One of the best things we can do to keep ourselves motivated is to learn something new.  There will always be people who have either more skill or a different spin on what you and I are already an “expert” at! Yesterday I attended a PiYo LIVE certification, part of the Beach Body Family of class types. Lizzy Sullivan was our trainer specialist, she was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun.  The class was filled with very nice people (like myself lol). I’m sure everyone left there motivated and confident. Being around people with like interests and goals are very helpful practices keep yourself motivated.  It is important to have checks and balances in your life in order to be able to fully reach your potential. I give a big thumbs up (not that they’ve asked) to Beach Body for a well written manual and a specialist whose concern was that her class really understood the importance of safety and making our class one friendly for all levels of participants.  I was very motivated.
