I know running gets such a great write up because of the amount of calories it can burn, but not everything is for every(body)! Anatomically we are not all the same our body frame is not made for every kind of exercise. Knowing what kind of body you have will help you pick the right kind of exercise for you. We all know that cardio is a great way to burn fat, but there is more than one type of cardio. We all know strength training is great for muscle tone, definition and burning calories all day long, but there are options for that as well. So my suggestion is to find a fitness professional near you, __me if I’m near you, to help determine the best choices for you. I will repeat one of my favorite motto’s “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. A good trainer is a worth while investment, he or she could save you unnecessary injuries that could really put a damper on your road to success!
