Learning about food and how it is fuel for your body to have energy to do all it’s functions is pivotal to a complete program. There is a lot of information thrown at us everyday and sometimes it is conflicting. I have several certifications in nutrition and I answer your questions as you present them. If a really detailed structured plan is what you would like then a separate appointment would be necessary.
