Group Training Programs

You can be part of the small group classes that I teach in house or at other locations. Small group classes are fun and give you an opportunity to get more exercise in and make new friends.

Step and Tone

The step is a great aerobic tool, not to mention how it is effectively shaping your leg muscles as you get your cardio done! I do fun, yet easy to follow choreography to music for. There is always a proper warm up before and then after we use one or more of my other modes to strengthen the muscles. Dumbbells, bars, tubes, balls, bands and even your own body weight make for a personal challenge to work your muscles. You can find this class at SNAP Fitness Bangor on Friday evenings @ 5:30

Zumba

I have been teaching Zumba since 2008. You may have tried Zumba before and felt it was too fast paced. I choose the pre choreographed songs, with some personal touches here and there. I choose songs I feel you can follow almost the first time you try them and we keep doing them until we have mastered it. The music and moves are always fun and you are welcome to step it up or tone it down to suit your personal preference and ability. I always say “there is no wrong in Zumba”. You can find this class at SNAP Fitness Bangor on Wednesday evenings @ 5:30 or at the TC Dance Club International on Sullivan Trail in Wind Gap Saturday mornings 9:00am.

Super Sport Day

Offer your daycare a treat. I come in and teach the kids some fun activities that get their energy all used up! The activities reinforce team work and self confidence along with some of the other great concepts children are learning at day care.  I also have a coloring book i call “healthy ABC’s” that I bring for the children we read it and are encouraged to take care of their bodies. Can’t learn that too young!

Senior Classes

If you are a senior you can drop in at one of my Senior Classes, light cardio, light weights and a little laughter does a body good. Lifestyle Senior Center of Easton on Monday 10:00am or Slate Belt Bangor Senior Center Wednesday 10am. Classes are a small fee paid to the center.
