New Lifestyle Fitness Personal Training offers training programs that are not as much about the hottest trend as they are about you as an individual.

Fitness Programs For Everyone

People of all ages, shapes and fitness levels can benefit from one of my programs. My specialty is taking those who need to get a program in motion. I believe that your exercise program should fit like your favorite shoes! I take the time to find out about you. I listen to your story and with that in mind I offer ideas that I think would fit your goals, abilities and interests. We come up with a plan that you can look forward to.

Fitness Programs For Kids

Start them young, I offer “Super Sport” to children of preschool age. It is a one hour program that has physical activities that kids enjoy and gets them excited about taking care of their bodies. Some of it teaches team support and some builds the individuals confidence. All is fun and reinforces the things children learn in preschool. Keep it going, even to the end! I have a senior that is 100 right now who exercises in one of my classes. Believe it or not I have had some even older! They are an inspiring age group. They don’t let themselves have excuses, they know how important it is to keep moving.

Though I attend several of her classes, where Darla truly shines is as a personal trainer and
health coach. She saw where I was, and helped me to get where I wanted to be, even though I
wasn’t sure I was communicating it clearly. After just a year my Dr. was amazed to report my
bone density had improved, and my overall health was enhanced. Darla keeps training fresh,
challenging, and enjoyable; and she is always supportive and encouraging. During this time of
sheltering I have been continuing my training sessions via Skype, and her eagle eye doesn’t
miss a thing…still correcting my form and pushing me to go beyond where I thought I could go.
Thank you doesn’t seem nearly enough for someone who got me back on a positive health track
that has enriched body, mind and spirit. But thank you anyway, Darla.
