Cardio Training

Treadmill, elliptical and recumbent bike machines. Space enough for a personal ‘class’ type workout, such as hi/lo, cardio kickboxing, step aerobics, zumba, interval and circuit. We could go outside on nice days for a jog, or jog walk, ride bikes on the local path.
