If your goal is to lose weight, I can offer menu planning and cardio workouts tailored to your own capabilities and interests.  If you have been working out and are bored or are at a plateau with your current program, I can offer ideas and variables to your current training to enhance and reignite your enthusiasm for working out!

If you have thought about joining, a gym and felt intimidated taking classes because you did not know how to use the step, or do kickboxing, or any other class structure, one-on-one guidance will give you the foundation you need to feel confident about joining a group exercise class.

If you just want to tone up and get some definition and you have your own home gym and don’t know where to start, how many repetitions to do, or how many sets, I will educate you and show you how to do things with correct form for maximum benefits and safety.  Free weights are a specialty, I love them, and we can use those too!

Get the personal touch, the motivational nudge you need to become independently successful in your quest for a lifestyle of health and fitness.  My job is to introduce and/or encourage you to implement the knowledge necessary to live in a way that makes you feel great about yourself!

We will establish a practical eating and exercise plan that you can stick with and enjoy.  One day at a time, one step at a time, here a little, there a little, nothing drastic or unrealistic. You will discover and be able to make small changes that are doable and make commitments that you can keep.

This is my specialty; I will make you feel like you can do it!  “I’m in your corner, I got your back.”  I am there to cheer you on until you can do it on your own.  No matter what your current fitness level, you can feel safe in a one-on-one environment.

Prices and Services vary based on your individual needs.  A Consultation is just $20.00 and takes approximately one hour.  Exercise programs, menu planning and exercise sessions are available.

I can implement programs in my home or yours.  You may choose a one-time appointment or make it a part of your life.  Group lectures and small group exercise classes are also available.  Sigh up, pay for six weeks in advance, and receive the 6th week at half the price of the agreed fee.
