It is important that you have realistic goals for yourself. If you already get up at 5am, it may too much to try to get up even earlier for exercise. Write down your responsiblities and schedule in exercise at a time when it is really plausible. You may do well with 15min intervals of exercise throughout the day rather then 30 or sixty minutes all at once. Any attainable committment is better than setting yourself up for failure by expecting the impossible.
